tkbad Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement for Bangladesh

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tkbad ("We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tkbad website located at tkbad.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and content provided therein. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of device type, location within Bangladesh, or the method used to access the service.

By accessing or using any part of the tkbad platform — including browsing the game lobby, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. We recommend you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. 1. Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the tkbad platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet these requirements at any point constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles tkbad to suspend or terminate the account.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. tkbad strictly prohibits minors from accessing the platform in any capacity. By creating an account, you confirm you are 21 years of age or older and warrant that this declaration is accurate and truthful.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform in your individual capacity for personal recreational purposes only. Commercial use or access on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation from tkbad is prohibited.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the tkbad platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. tkbad accepts no liability for players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a tkbad employee or of any game provider, software supplier, or payment processor partner whose products or services are accessible through the platform.
5. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the tkbad platform or imposed by any external gambling authority or court order, that remains in force at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which you use the platform.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of the tkbad platform, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. tkbad reserves the right to verify the information you provide at registration and at any subsequent time.

1. You may register only one account per person. The use of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
2. You must provide your genuine registered mobile number (in Bangladesh format: 01XXXXXXXXX) during registration. This number will be used for account verification, SMS authentication, password recovery, and communication regarding your account. Providing a false or third-party mobile number is a breach of these Terms.
3. tkbad reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, proof of address (utility bill dated within 90 days), and evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad transaction confirmation). Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in account restriction.
4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. tkbad will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised account activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify tkbad immediately by emailing [email protected].

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tkbad platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkbad accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladesh payment channels. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, tkbad reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion for security or responsible gaming purposes. The approved deposit channels are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
2. Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, bank card) that is registered in your name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment instrument belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned to the originating account. Any bonus earned from a third-party deposit will be forfeited.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit. tkbad does not redirect withdrawals to a different payment method or to a third party. Withdrawal processing times are: bKash and Nagad — up to 15 minutes for standard amounts; Rocket and Upay — up to 60 minutes; Visa and Mastercard — up to 3 business days.
4. tkbad reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts (defined as ৳50,000 or above in a single request), or where the account has not previously completed identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days will result in the withdrawal request being held pending.
5. Gambling winnings are subject to any applicable taxes and duties under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. tkbad does not withhold or remit tax on behalf of players. It is your sole responsibility to declare and pay any tax liability arising from your use of the platform.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

tkbad may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

1. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be stated in that promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on tkbad bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount (e.g. a ৳500 bonus requires ৳15,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).
2. Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's tkbad account wallet. Bonus funds and real money funds may be held in the same wallet balance but the bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied before any net balance may be withdrawn. tkbad's platform tracks wagering requirement progress in real time; players can view their remaining requirement balance in their account dashboard.
3. tkbad reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed the bonus but before the wagering requirement has been satisfied, the bonus funds will be removed from the account balance and only real money funds will remain accessible.
4. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotion period unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts, multiple mobile numbers, or multiple payment instruments is a violation of these Terms and will result in account termination.
5. tkbad may offer seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh market events including but not limited to: Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournament windows (BPL season, IPL season, T20 World Cup). Seasonal promotion terms are published separately and may vary from standard bonus terms.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the tkbad platform is governed by the rules applicable to the specific game or market being played. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity.

1. Bets placed and accepted on the tkbad platform are final and binding unless explicitly voided by tkbad under the circumstances described in these Terms or in the applicable game or market rules (e.g. match abandonment, technical error, manifest odds error).
2. tkbad reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, or where the outcome was determined by factors outside the normal operation of the game or market. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
3. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human play is strictly prohibited. tkbad may use detection tools to identify automated play and reserves the right to void any bets placed by automated means and to close the associated account.
4. For cricket betting markets specifically: in-play odds are updated in real time based on live match data feeds. tkbad accepts no liability for delays between real-world events and odds updates. Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a manifest error (defined as odds that are clearly and materially wrong relative to the fair market price at the time of acceptance) may be voided at tkbad's discretion.
5. Winnings from casino games are determined by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems of the respective game providers. tkbad does not influence game outcomes. All game RTP (return-to-player) percentages are set by the game provider and are disclosed within each game's information panel on the platform.

6. Responsible Gaming

tkbad is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm for all players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of this Agreement and are binding on both the player and the platform.

1. tkbad provides players with the ability to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately for reductions and within 7 days for increases. You may request a deposit limit via your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
2. Players may request a temporary time-out period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which their account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or bonus claims will be accepted. At the end of the time-out period, the account will be automatically reactivated unless the player requests an extension or a permanent self-exclusion.
3. Players who feel that their gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line 'Self-Exclusion Request'. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. During the self-exclusion period, tkbad will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account; however, the player also accepts responsibility for not attempting to circumvent the exclusion.
4. tkbad will never send promotional material (bonus offers, deposit incentives, free spin notifications) to a player who has an active self-exclusion or who has explicitly opted out of marketing communications via their account settings. Players under a self-exclusion order who are sent promotional material in error should notify [email protected] immediately.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

tkbad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following non-exhaustive list of circumstances may result in account action without prior notice.

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, using automated betting tools, engaging in bonus abuse, or making deposits from a third-party payment source.
2. Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity in connection with the player's account or transactions on the platform. tkbad cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will disclose account information where legally required to do so.
3. Where account suspension or closure results from a breach of these Terms by the player, tkbad reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance (real money and bonus funds combined) where the balance is reasonably attributable to the conduct that gave rise to the suspension or closure.
4. Where account closure is initiated by tkbad for reasons other than a player breach (e.g. commercial decision to exit a market), any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days of the account closure notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tkbad platform — including but not limited to: the tkbad brand name and logo, website design and layout, game thumbnails, marketing graphics, text content, software code, and the platform's user interface — is the exclusive intellectual property of tkbad or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tkbad platform solely for your personal and recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any tkbad platform content without prior written authorisation from tkbad.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbad's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows.

1. tkbad shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether caused by technical failure, server downtime, connectivity issues, or any other cause.
2. tkbad does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures (including payment processor outages), and events of force majeure may affect platform availability. tkbad will make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible in such circumstances but accepts no liability for losses incurred during unavailability periods.
3. Where tkbad is found to be liable to you under applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your tkbad account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

tkbad collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at tkbad.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and should be read together with these Terms. Personal data collected includes registration information (mobile number), transaction records, device and browser data, and communication records. Data is used for account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in). You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time via your account settings.

11. Amendments to These Terms

tkbad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tkbad will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform's homepage, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform before the effective date of the amendment and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected]. Requests for account closure submitted in response to a Terms amendment will be processed within 5 business days; any verified real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

12. Contact and Dispute Resolution

For questions, complaints, or disputes relating to these Terms or any aspect of the tkbad platform, please contact our support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. Our support team responds in both English and Bangla and aims to resolve all queries within 2 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. For formal complaints, please include your registered mobile number, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references. tkbad will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint process, you may escalate via written correspondence to the same support address marked 'Formal Escalation'.
